But...ermm.....Did I miss something? Has the camo scheme of 1943 been reintroduced? :shock:

The Boxer is going to be covered in the next issue. That scheme is the desert version of the German 3 colour cam that has been in use in Afghanistan since about 2004.

Thanks Chris, I never noticed that before, I was only aware of the "DAK-like" scheme in two or three tones of sand and dusty brown (picture).

There seems to have been several interrupations of the scheme, some have replaced the green with the sand, some the black. Those Marders look like the colours have either been extremely bleached or they have been repainted too.

Nice photo, will serve nicely when Revell release their Marder 1A5 later this year ;)
